Spirit: As a successful businesswoman and someone who has broken through the "glass ceiling” that has continuously created obstacles for women in the business world. What tips can you give women out there who are striving and facing difficulties in the corporate arena?
I would like to advice women that if they see something that needs to be done to improve the status and image of their company to just do it without any hesitation. They should invest time in building professional relationships.
As women we are known to be great and powerful net workers, they should use their gifted talent and energy to always be fruitful. Women should be productive and aim to bring more value to their company. They should be firm believers in respecting and treating others, as they would like to be treated, and take that as a rule to live by in their lives and careers. Women must always find ways to help each other grow and succeed.
